１、Our hotel is a capsule hotel with bunk beds. Please note that room requests cannot be accepted except in special circumstances such as pregnancy or injury. Please note that we cannot change your room on the day of your stay.

２、There are separate floors for men and women. Please be careful when making reservations.
Please note that no refunds will be made for reservations made by mistake.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.（No time limit for unattended check-in）
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.（No extension allowed）
Front desk hours: 8:00a.m - 10:00p.m  (We are unable to respond to phone calls outside of business hours.)

Q. Can I leave my luggage with you?
A. Yes, you can leave your luggage anytime after 12:00 pm on the day of check-in. Please leave the room until check-in time after dropping off your items.

Q. Is there space for luggage?
A. There is a safe in the guest room for storing valuables. For other large baggage, please store them in the space under the bed.
*There are no lockers with locks large enough to hold luggage. We are not responsible for theft, etc. We ask for your understanding.
The space under the bed is 30 cm (length) X 69 cm (width) X 108 cm (depth).
